Program or service developers (or those partnering with developers) have the option to complete a short, standardized form attesting to select statutory requirements and provide brief information to facilitate the Clearinghouse’s evidence review. The Developer Submission Form is required for recommendations for review under the Developer Submission Track.

The Developer Submission Track is reserved for program or service developers or those partnering directly with program or service developers.
Any member of the public, or a program developer, is welcome to submit recommendations of programs or services for review under the Accelerated Review Track.
